“Long hours of creating, dreaming, and experimenting, slowly turned into something much bigger than I ever imagined.”
Founded in 2018 as IB Unique Swimwear, the brand began with Izabela’s desire to create something personal: handcrafted crochet swimwear with refined details and signature tassels.
In 2026, a new chapter began. The brand took its designer’s name — Izabela Barabancea — bringing together luxury resortwear, swimwear, and accessories.
Our pieces are made by skilled artisans in the Sibiu region of Romania, preserving the heritage of crochet and transforming it into contemporary, wearable art. Each piece is crafted with exceptional care using soft cotton and traditional techniques.
